Anger is an emotional state that may range in intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage. Anger has physical effects including raising the heart rate and blood pressure and the levels of adrenaline.

Unwillingness to accept our mistakes and those of others, rigid and non-compromising behavior, inability to accept failure and undue expectation of success in whatever we do are some of the reasons arousing anger.

Anger, the Destroyer

Anger comes like a hurricane and leaves behind a trail of destruction in its wake. It makes us lose control and affects adversely our lives, our jobs, relationships, and our capacity to act rationally and makes us violent and aggressive. We lose all freedom of choice.
