Can someone tell me if this process will work with a single speed random orbital buffer? or dose it have to be a variable speed polisher?

Excelent but there is one final step to make the headlights gleam like new. Finish by polishing and buffing with pure baby oil. You will not believe how fantastic this looks. Baby oil is also the best polish for stainless steel.
Very nice detail, but one question though: When the light is turned on at night, do you see any scratches from the previous sanding though it is polished?

Good video! 400 grid LOL!! Those scratches must have been a pain to take out…you guys need to check out farecla polishes…by far the best products I’ve ever used!
Great Video. I did mine with 400 grit paper at first and what a mistake. I wish I saw your video first. It took me some time but I did get it back to normal. Also, I think that the buffer you used makes a big difference because I have a cheap Craftsman and it takes a lot longer because it doesn’t have the rpm the Makita or Dewalt have. Good video with clear instructions. I only wished I saw yours first.

THANK YOU !!! THIS IS THE BEST WAY THAT REALLY WORKS I DID ALL THE OTHER BULLSHIT BUT IT DIDNT HELP THE DISCOLORATION CAME BACK 3 DAYS LATER I DID IT YOU WAY AND ITS AWSOME AND LOOKS BETTER I USED , 3M FINE CUT , AND MEGUANS PLASTIC x

Nice video. I use the same Unigrit paper for my jobs, but I find Meguiar’s M86 Solo Cut and Cream polish followed by Meguiar’s PlastX to work fantastically well. PlastX also leaves plastic specific protection film.
